  Over the last few years I have drawn with pen and the motifs that keep repeating themselves are from    nature or traditional design. The more new ones include a little colour- mostly acrylics .     .    

Totally inspired by some amazing paper cut designs made by students for a Paper Lamp project, I made some myself for gifting and for our home this Diwali. Inside are tea light candles. Sandie has already asked for one for her beautuful home. I plan to make lots more, so orders with specs welcome!!!!

Rangoli with Ananya to help: At the entrance to our flat, where Ma wanted to place a lamp and the coloured one in the drawing room. Medium: poster colours and orange powder colour. The rangolis lasted a week indoors, 4-5 days outdoors. Happy with the result!
